Shade is this week’s indie feature on Lake Ontario Waterkeeper’s swimdrinkfishmusic.com site. The band recorded an exclusive track for swimdrinkfishmusic The song is called “What I Mean”. It was recorded at The Bathouse Studios on the shores of Lake Ontario, and produced by Tim Vesely (Violet Archers, Rheostatics).

Shade is the second indie band to be featured on the site. There are many more bands soon to join the cause for clean water by donating their music. You can listen and download “What I Mean” and many other songs by artists such as Sarah Harmer, Gord Downie, Dave Bidini, Tony Scherr, Broken Social Scene, Bill Frisell, Pete Seeger, Bruce Cockburn, Chris Brown and Kate Fenner, to name a few. All you have to do is become a member for $9.99/year! All proceeds go to the Lake Ontario Waterkeepers.
